• Pork - Roast Pork Baked loin of pork stuffed with Herb’s and spices, served with apple sauce and light roast gravy
• Fish - Grilled Fish of the Day grilled until golden brown topped with almonds and complimented by a lemon butter sauce.
Main Courses - Beef
• Beef Wellington - Eye fillet steak topped with mushrooms and pate and baked in puff pastry served on dark roast gravy
• Scotch Fillet Steak - Tender grain fed beef cooked medium to well done and served with a chasseur sauce

• Beef Suisse - Tender grain fed beef pan fried with mushrooms complimented by a honey mustard sauce
